To deliver a reliable global service, Twyne relies on a small number of carefully selected third-party infrastructure providers. These are enterprise-grade, internationally recognised platforms operating under their own strict privacy and security standards.

None of these providers have access to the content of your messages, nor are they permitted to use your data for any purpose other than delivering their infrastructure service to us.
We do not integrate with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.
All data transmitted to and from Twyne is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Security PINs are hashed using SHA-256 with a unique salt before storage — they cannot be reversed or recovered by anyone, including Cantrel Tech.
We perform regular security reviews and apply security patches promptly. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights:
Users in the European Union and United Kingdom have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Users in California have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is sold (we sell none) and the right to opt out of sale (there is nothing to opt out of).

Cantrel Tech operates globally. Your data may be stored and processed in data centres located outside your country of residence. Wherever your data is processed, we ensure it receives equivalent protection to that required in your home jurisdiction through contractual safeguards with our infrastructure providers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. Infrastructure-level backups are purged within 30 days.
Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
Twyne is not directed at or intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor is using Twyne, please contact us.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications) may be made without notice. The current version is always available at this URL.
